If you need something in a hurry we will do our best to help you. Please contact us before placing your order at email@example.com and we will check out the best options to get your order to you ASAP and send you a shipping quote. Also remember that by ordering earlier in the week and early in the day we can get your delivery to you sooner.
Can I send an order to someone else as a gift?
Absolutely! All you need to do is select ‘Ship to’ when filling out your checkout details. Enter the name and delivery details of the lucky person who will be receiving the gift and we will take care of the rest.
Can I track my order?
We will email you your order tracking information as soon as it is dispatched. You can then track your order on the USPS site or the "Shop" app, 17track.net is also available.
Do I have to receive a courier delivery personally?
Anyone at the delivery address can accept a courier delivery. In order for us to confirm that delivery of an order has been completed, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods. USPS will deliver accordingly to their protocol.
We ship worldwide with FREE SHIPPING on all orders! After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take 7-12 days for delivery not including holidays or weekends.
Delivery Internationally is made via DHL or your local delivery parcel services.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
ABC Playpen is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
How do I view your products?
We are an online store only and do not have a physical store or a showroom for you to view products before purchase. All our products and prices are listed on our site and are always kept up to date.
How do I place an order?
• Find the products that you would like to order by browsing the categories using the navigation menu bar. You can also search for products, or products containing keywords, by using the ‘Search’ box.
• Once on the product page, options of different categories may be filtered at the top right of the product image. If these options are available, select your choice from the drop down menu in order to activate the ‘Add to Cart’ button.
• Select the quantity you would like to order using the minus and plus buttons.
•When you are happy with your selection, add it to your shopping bag by clicking the ‘Add to Cart’ button.
• If you are now finished shopping, click ‘Checkout’, or click ‘Update Cart’ button to add other products to your cart.
•At any time you can view what’s in your cart, remove and update the quantity of items, by clicking on Shopping Cart in the top right corner of the page.
•When you have finished shopping, click ‘Checkout.
•Enter your contact and delivery details on this page.
•If your sending to a special person, change ‘Ship To’ address to your lucky person and you’re set.
•Your order will be delivered via the post office.
•Delivery will take 7 to 12 days by post office. Remember there is FREE SHIPPING on all orders!
•Select your method of payment. You can pay via credit card or gift card. PayPal, apple pay, & google pay.
Paying For My Order
What are my payment options?
•Credit Card— Payments are securely processed through Shopify’s policies and guidelines. All forms of credit card are accepted Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, as well as Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay.
•Gift Card— You can pay for your order with a ABC Playpen gift card. The option to apply your gift card will be shown on both the ‘Shopping Cart’ page and the ‘Checkout’ page.
•Is paying by credit card safe? We know this is a worry for some people, especially first-timers. But, yes, they’re safe. All credit card transactions take place on a secure page. Shopify’s policy and guidelines are governed by the strictest form encryption, and no credit card details are stored on the website.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
